Joe Montgomery, Co-Founder & CEO
A graduate of the University of Kentucky College of Architecture, Joe, upon graduation, immediately began a career in real estate develoment. By the age of 30, Joe had built his company into one of the largest development/construction firms in Kentucky, eventually developing projects in both Kentucky and Florida with annual sales in excess of $40 million.

Joe has always been entreprenurial in nature and has been involved with a number of startups, including AEC Connect (sold to Purchase Pro), and sits on the board of numerous organizations.

In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his family, playing tennis, and defending the University of Kentucky against any nay-sayer.

Mike Llewellyn, Co-Founder & President
Mike's most valuable asset is perspective - a blend of vision and experience that challenges the reality of your business today against your aspiration for tomorrow. From his days with a sales bag slung over his shoulder to his years in management to his enrepreneurial establishment in the venture capital world, Mike has built a firm foundational knowledge of sales fundamentals, and has observed the strengths and weaknesses of a wide variety of business enterprises.

After graduating from the University of Maryland, Baltimore, Mike joined Estimation Inc., a national software company that develops applications specifically targeted to the construction industry. He started as a junior sales representative and worked his way up to eventually purchase the company. Soon after, Estimation grew to become the largest company of its kind in the U.S. After the successful sale of Estimation, Mike founded, owned and sold a similar, industry-leading business in the U.K.

When not talking business, Mike likes to spend time with his family, days on the boat, going to the Baltimore Ravens games and arguing about UK with Joe Montgomery.

What can we say about Joe Faulk, except that all the rumors you here are probably true. Joe has an exceptional reputation around Elmore and Montgomery Counties, and serves the public and his communities as the Elmore County County. With his background in public service, Joe provides immeasurable leadership, advice and assistance.

Joe Ponczak, CTO
With more than 15 years of hands-on leadership in full lifecycle software development, Joe has a lot of experience harnessing innovation to ensure technology is leveraged as a competitive tool. Throughout his career, Joe has consistently bridged the divide between technology and business development. Working at numerous companies, Joe has introduced technologically advanced strategies and solutions in revenue models, lead generation and expansion, product roadmapping, pricing, and licensing, as well as built, developed and mentored world-wide development and support teams. Joe has extensive experience with Agile, Java, PHP, MySQL, Apache, and testing concepts. As a blogger and author, Joe has published many articles on developing and testing techniques.

Carla Wilson, Account Representative
An experienced entrepreneur, Carla knows what it takes to start a business. Along with her extensive advertising experience, Carla started and published the Montgomery Pick Me Up, a paper that contained good, clean family fun. Over 5000 copies were published each week! Carla brings advertising expertise, a wealth of publishing knowledge, excitement and committment to our team.

Martha Wasp, Account Representative
Martha, a recent graduate of the Florida State University with a degree in International Affairs, began her career working with many politicians. From interning for Governor Jeb Bush to the Deputy Communications Director for Kay Ivey, Martha has always enjoyed and excelled at a fast-paced work environment. With her experience in communications, sales and marketing, Martha brings extensive experience and passion to the team.

Nathan Handley, Director of Operations
Nathan is a seasoned senior IT Management and technical professional, with over 16 years in the technology arena and 9 years at IT management or Director level. He has a wide scope of expertise including IT strategic planning, enterprise infrastructure, telecommunications and project management and operations leadership dealing with server-farm, LAN/WAN, virtualization and infrastructure platforms, including international responsibility scopes. Nathan brings a wealth of knowledge to our team and is instrumental in securing our platforms and infrastructure.

Rhodora Joseph, Graphic Artist
Rhodora hails originally from the Philippines where she earned a Bachelors of Science in Computer Science with a focus in Object-Oriented Programming in 2004 at the University of Makati. After graduation she was hired by an American based call center and began her tenure as web/graphic artist.

After moving to the United States in the Fall of 2008, Rhodora worked as an online freelance contractor before being hired as a consultant for FreshFace Media in early Jan.2010. You can see her work everyday when you drive by one of our 12 digital signs.

When not online, she likes to spend time with her husband and son.
